Terms & Conditions

Last updated: November 3, 2026Version 2026-11-v7

These terms govern the use of ONS Moments by photography companies and their teams, by guests and by visitors to our website. By creating an account, using the Service or opening a gallery, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.

01Definitions

  • “ONS”, “we”, “us”: ONS, the operator of ONS Moments in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
  • “Service”: the website moments.onsbh.com, the web console, the ONS Moments apps and the galleries we host.
  • “Company”: a photography company or photographer with a company account, including its owner and team members.
  • “Guest”: anyone who opens a gallery or creates a guest account.
  • “Coverage”: an event a company creates in the Service, with its gallery, QR code and link.
  • “Photo credits”: the balance a company uses to deliver original photos.

02The Service

ONS Moments is a technical platform that sends photos from photographers' cameras to live event galleries, with QR sharing, optional face search, delivery of edited photos, live stream and location links, team accounts, statistics and payments.

ONS does not take photos and is not a party to the agreements between a company and its clients.

03Accounts

  • Companies create their account on the website or in the app. The person who creates it confirms that they are authorized to act for the company and to accept the Company Agreement.
  • Keep your sign-in details confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account, and you must tell us promptly about any unauthorized access.
  • The account owner is responsible for the team members they add and for what those members can do.
  • Guest accounts are for people aged 18 or over, or younger people with the consent of a parent or guardian.
  • The information you give must be accurate and kept up to date.
  • Each company may receive the welcome gift once. Creating several accounts to obtain free credits is not allowed.

04The Company Agreement

Companies also accept the Company Agreement when they create their account. For companies, the Company Agreement prevails over these terms if the two differ.

05Company responsibilities

  • Hold the rights and permissions needed to photograph, upload, process and deliver the photos of every coverage.
  • Inform the client and the guests appropriately that the event is being photographed, how the gallery can be reached, the privacy choices, and whether face search is used, and obtain any consent the law requires.
  • Enter accurate coverage details and use the Service in line with the law, including privacy and intellectual property law.
  • Handle complaints about the quality of the photography and the service given to the client.

06Using a gallery

  • Galleries are for the personal, non-commercial use of the client and the guests of the event.
  • Respect the privacy and dignity of the people in the photos. Do not use other people's photos in a way that harms them, and do not use them for commercial purposes without permission.
  • Do not copy galleries automatically, collect data from them, or share private links beyond the people they were meant for.
  • To ask for a photo to be removed, contact the photography company or write to us.

07Face search

Face search is optional and needs your consent. Use it only to find your own photos, or a child's photos as their parent or guardian. Never use another person's face or photo, and never use the feature to identify or follow people. A match is a help, not an identity check, and can be wrong. The Privacy Policy and the Face Search Notice explain how face data is handled.

08Photo credits, prices and payment

  • Creating a company account is free. Companies buy photo credit packs in the web console. Every original photo delivered uses one credit, and edited photos never use credits.
  • Optional extras are bought in the console as well, such as extra gallery months for a coverage and extra team members (a one-time purchase each).
  • Prices are shown in US dollars in the console before you confirm, and may change for future purchases.
  • Payments are made through an approved payment gateway, and you authorize the charges you confirm.
  • The welcome gift is free credit given once per company, in the amount shown at sign-up. ONS may change or end the offer for new accounts. It has no cash value and cannot be transferred.
  • Photo credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account.
  • Cancellations and refunds follow the offer shown at the time of purchase, any commercial agreement that applies, and the mandatory rules of the law. There is no automatic refund unless this is stated expressly or required by law.
  • Each party bears the taxes, including value added tax, that apply to its fees and services under the law.

09Upload window, gallery period and deletion

  • Photos can be uploaded to a coverage for 7 days (168 hours) from its start, unless ONS sets a different period.
  • A gallery stays available for 30 days by default, and the company can extend it month by month in the console.
  • At the end of the period, the photos and face data of the coverage are deleted automatically, and the company is notified 3 days before. Companies should keep their own copies of their photos; ONS is not a backup service and cannot restore deleted photos.

10Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • upload or share content that is illegal, infringes the rights of others, or is offensive, violent or sexual, or any content that exploits children;
  • upload photos you have no right to upload, or harass, threaten or impersonate others;
  • try to access accounts, galleries or systems you are not authorized to use, get around security measures or limits, or copy, take apart or rebuild the Service's software;
  • send malware or put an unreasonable load on the Service;
  • resell the Service, or offer it as your own, without written permission from ONS.

11Intellectual property

The ONS Moments platform, software, name and brand belong to ONS. Photos and content stay owned by their owners, as agreed between the company and its clients. The company grants ONS a limited right to store, process, display and deliver its content, only as needed to provide the Service. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely.

12Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available without interruption. It depends on networks, cameras, phones and app stores outside our control, and it may pause for maintenance. We may add, change or remove features.

13Suspension and termination

  • You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account: companies from the app (Account → Delete company account) or by email, and guests from their account page.
  • ONS may suspend or close an account, a team member or a coverage in case of a security risk, non-payment, a serious breach of these terms, illegal use, or a request from a competent authority.
  • When an account ends, access stops and data is handled as the Privacy Policy describes. Obligations that already exist continue until they are settled.

14Disclaimer

The Service is provided as it is and as available. ONS does not guarantee that face matching is 100% accurate, does not guarantee perfect network access, and is not responsible for the photographers' work or for events beyond its reasonable control.

15Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, ONS is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data. ONS's total liability for any claim related to the Service does not exceed the amounts the claimant paid to ONS for the Service in the three (3) months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

16Indemnity

The company indemnifies ONS against claims, losses and costs arising from its content and coverages, from consents it did not obtain, or from its breach of these terms or of the Company Agreement.

17Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data, and the Face Search Notice explains the face search feature. Both form part of these terms.

18Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for legal, security or operational reasons. The date at the top shows the latest version. When a change is important, we announce it on the website, in the apps or by email, and we may ask you to accept the new version. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it.

19Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. We will try to resolve any dispute amicably first, so please write to support@onsbh.com. If that does not work, the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain have jurisdiction.

20General

  • These terms, the Privacy Policy, the Face Search Notice and, for companies, the Company Agreement form the whole agreement between you and ONS about the Service.
  • If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force. Not enforcing a right does not mean giving it up.
  • ONS may transfer its rights and obligations to a successor. You may not transfer yours without our written consent.
  • ONS is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
  • We may send notices to the email of your account or show them in the console or the app.
  • These terms are available in 12 languages. If the versions differ, the Arabic version prevails.
